Lisa Mullen

Lisa has worked in the ERP Industry for over 24 years (she started when she was a child, obviously!) In that time Lisa has covered many roles, starting in a support role at Sage, moved into Pre Sales, Partner Training, Channel Management, New Business Sales as well as Account Management. Lisa has spent time working directly with Software Vendors such as Sage, SAP and NetSuite as well as working in Channel Partners. She has covered a multitude of industry solutions for businesses in Wholesale & Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail/Ecommerce as well as Project Centric organisations.

 

What is your role at ProScope?

I am responsible for engaging with anyone with a need for ProScope. Be that an existing NetSuite Customer whose Project needs have expanded beyond that of core NetSuite, or any NetSuite Direct Sales Rep/Account Manager, NetSuite Alliance Partner or Solution Provider.

We are incredibly fortunate that ProScope is being recognised globally for the benefits it brings to project centric businesses wanting to meet their complex project needs, as well as use the Market Leading Cloud based ERP Solution, NetSuite. So this is definitely a role that crosses the time zones – sleep is overrated isn’t it?

 

Why did the role at ProScope appeal to you, Lisa?

 In all the years I have worked in ERP, I think it’s safe to say I have a soft spot for the NetSuite solution. If I needed an ERP solution for my business, it’s definitely the one I’d choose. After seeing how powerful ProScope is and the extensive functionality it brings to project centric businesses who want to use NetSuite I was sold. All I could think about was all the businesses I had spoken to in the past and how many I could have helped now I know about ProScope and what it can do.

I must admit, I also like hearing that moment of realisation in other NetSuite Sales people when they realise what ProScope can offer. It’s usually accompanied by “Oh I wish I’d heard about you guys 3 months ago”. It is entirely fair to say that ProScope is ensuring more people can benefit from NetSuite than would be able to without it. There are certain project requirements that would preclude companies from selecting NetSuite alone, ProScope removes this barrier and I love being part of the solution.

 

Can you describe ProScope in 10 words?

 I talk far too much to be able to stick to 10 words!

 

For any business interested in deploying a true cloud ERP Solution such as NetSuite but who has very project centric requirements, ProScope seamlessly fills the gap. What do you like to do away from work?

 That’s easy. If the world was back to normal I’d be on holiday constantly! I had the good fortune to spend 2 months in Australia last year and I’d love to do more of that.
